Disinfectant and acidifier for drinking water in poultry and pigs

ADVANTAGES

AQUACEET PP is effective at low doses, disinfects drinking water, prevents biofilm formation in pipes, and removes scale/tartar.
It helps reduce digestive problems and improves animal weight gain by increasing water intake, appetite, and digestion.
AQUACEET PP has proven bactericidal action against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus hirae, Salmonella enteritidis, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus.
It is approved for use in organic farming according to EU Regulations 834/2007 and 889/2008.

STANDARDS

Bactericidal at 1% according to EN 1276 in hard water at 20°C for 60 minutes. Complies with Directive 98/83/EC and Decree 89/3 on water quality for animal consumption.
All components are authorized for drinking water treatment for human consumption and comply with Biocide Regulation (EU) 528/2012.

USES AND APPLICATION

For disinfecting drinking water in poultry and pigs.
Rearing phase: 0.005% to 0.03% (50–300 ml per 1000 L).
Sanitary cleaning: Empty and clean with Biocet Film, then refill with a 1% AQUACEET PP solution (1 L/100 L water), leave for 1 hour, and rinse.

CHARACTERISTICS

Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow liquid – Odor: Slight phosphoric acid – pH (1%): 1.7 – Density: 1.25 – Shelf life: 18 months.
Composition: Hydrogen peroxide 20% – Orthophosphoric acid 27%.

SAFETY

Keep in original sealed container away from sunlight and heat. Store upright. Release gas carefully if needed.
Suspend AQUACEET PP during vaccination or medication in water. Keep out of reach of children. Use gloves.

Degreasing detergent gel for livestock and food industry facilities

ADVANTAGES

Forms a compact gel that adheres to surfaces, increasing contact time.
Ideal for cleaning livestock facilities and food industries.
Economical: 5 ml per 1 m². No prewash required.
Effective on all types of dirt, easy to rinse, and stable in hard water.

USES

Suitable for strong degreasing operations on glass, plastic, rubber, and metals (except aluminum).
Can be applied with foam cannon or manually. For livestock housing, smoke ducts, vehicles, butcheries, dairies, fish markets, cold rooms, etc.

APPLICATION

Foam gun: Use pure or 50% diluted, for 1–5% solution (10 ml/L). Apply bottom-up, leave 10–20 min, then rinse.
Manual use: Dilute 0.2–3% (1:500–1:33), apply and rinse after 10–20 min.

USES

For disinfection in livestock facilities (cattle, pigs, poultry, rabbits, etc.), vehicles, warehouses, markets, slaughterhouses, and feed factories.
Apply on surfaces after cleaning.

APPLICATION

Vacuum disinfection: Dilute 0.25–0.8%, spray and let act for 20 min.
With animals present: Spray walls and floors (avoid direct contact).
Footbaths: 1% solution. Use in sanitary arches and vehicles.

Transparent red liquid, pH 6.9–5.9. Composition: Glutaraldehyde 15%, Dimethyl didecyl ammonium chloride 2%, Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride 8%.

Surfaces: Dilute 0.5–1.5%, spray, leave 5–15 min, then rinse.
Milking tanks: Dilute 0.5–1% (40–80°C), circulate 10–15 min, rinse.

CHARACTERISTICS

Amber liquid, density 1.044, pH 8. Composition: Sodium ethylhexyl sulfate 1.14%.
